In-house Interior Designer (Senior)
Role and Responsibility
- Primarily responsible to develop and conceptualize designs for residential projects
- Must be able to generate layout plan and 3D perspective drawings in fast-paced work environment
- Do monthly drawing report for management
- Project coordination and design documentation
- Project administration and management (for senior position)
Requirements
- Passionate in interior design
- Senior position at least 3 years of experience
- Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Qualifications
- Knowledge in Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Max,V-ray
- Able to work under tight schedule and meet deadlines
- Able to manage new and existing projects to achieve project objective
- Pleasant work attitude, self-motivated and team player preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Candidates with experience in residential/ commercial project experience will be an added advantage
- Potentialto be Team Lead
