Workable Ideas & Solutions to Reno Problems.

I Engaged U-Home to reno my resale 4-Room HDB flat in early April 2024. Cloud and Jean Yap are the IDs who took care of my project. They are very responsible and hard working. They can always answer and solve my questions and issues very quickly and to the point. They are able to provide positive and workable ideas and solutions to my reno problems. Awesome Experience.

Sharon and Nelson have been very patient when I presented them with many requests for my new house. Helpful Tips & Suggestions for Renovation.

I engaged Jax Ng designer to help me on the renovation of 5 HDB room. During the design journey I often have some changes and I would present to Jax Ng that he would give suggestions and advice accordingly within my budget. He provided great ideas that fit our themes while keeping practically in mind. I really appreciated how responsive he was, offering helpful tips and suggestions for my renovation on the choices of tile selection that are suitable for kitchen and access balcony. Despite hiccups along the renovation, he handles everything smoothly. Overall we are pleased with his renovation experience and quick response to my requirements. He is patient and meets my expectations throughout the 2 months renovation. I recommend it to my friends and relatives if they have renovation.

U-Home was recommended by my dear good friend. Looking back, I cannot thank her enough for introducing us to U-Home; especially working with Desmond & Lini. Working closely with Lini is a bliss. She is truly godsent! Lini is so sensitive to both Harry’s and my needs. She even notices our pet peeves! For example, Lini remembers that I love to keep the house clean and tidy. In view of the “OCD” habits, she suggested bigger tiles so there will be less grout for me to worry about for any mould build and this will make it easy to clean.Thank you, Lini & Desmond. The Result is a Beautiful New Home.

We first got to know about U-Home through friends’ recommendations several years ago and have engaged U-Home’s services more than once. Based on the good experiences we had with U-Home previously, we have also engaged U-Home for our latest home renovation. For our current new home, the U-Home designer assigned is Kelan. Kelan is the best designer we have encountered so far. Through our interactions with Kelan, she comes across as a very experienced and dedicated designer. She is polite, patient, attentive to details and clear in explaining and providing suggestions. She offers good workable alternatives when certain ideas we had in mind encounter issues or difficulties during the actual renovation and installation stage.

I am very happy with the outcome of my renovations. Elena was very helpful with all my feedback and made necessary arrangements to ensure all the touch ups were followed up properly. Went to IMM to look for an Interior Designer for my house renovation and I was assisted by Mr Darryl Ho from U Home Interior Design. Told him I wished to renovate my house into an eco and elderly friendly apartment for my retirement and I also had a tight budget for this project. Although Mr Darryl is young, his level of knowledge and understanding was highly graded. He fully understands my wants and needs for my new house.He let me know of the pros and cons of each feature in the house. He also helped me with colour and material selection that suits my preference and design. During the renovation period, the workflow was smooth and the works were well organized. The workmanship of the teams were also fantastic. Overall, I am impressed by the performances of Mr Darryl and his teams.

We had a very pleasant renovation with June Low who is based at IMM. She is a veteran and a very practical designer and has an eye for beautiful color matching. June meticulously planned our renovation. Even during covid and Christmas, she managed to deliver everything on time. We were very skeptical about her timeline but June just breezed through without hiccups. When there were minor problems, June and her team followed up closely and delivered our home with quality carpentry. Highly recommended for no-stress renovation.
